Digital learning needs time to mature. It is already as good or better than face-to-face in many instances. Faculty need time to get better.
Creating a successful digital experience depends on much more than creating quality content for it. The organization needs to be aligned around the answers to a set of questions that will help ensure everyone is pointed in the right direction. I list some of those questions here.

Hype about educational technology is probably older than the technology itself. Listen for the hype…and be vigilant against it.
